Sunrise at the mouth of the River Blyth - Panorama

November sunrise at the mouth of the River Blyth in Northumberland on the North East coast of England. The image was taken from the old Wooden Pier which together with Cambois Pier and its lighthouse, guard the river mouth. The sun seems to be rising between the piers under a threatening sky and casting the fog horn into silhouette. There is also a lady walking towards the end of the pier with her two dogs enjoying the spectacle.
