Pink and Blue sunrise at St Mary's Island (2)

Just after sunrise on a January morning with a red glow from the pastel colours of pink and blue in the sky, made for an unusual shot of St Mary's Island and its surrounding landscape left by the receding tide. The island is situated near the town of Whitley Bay on the North East coast of England and is cut off from the mainland each high tide as the water covers the causeway at that time.
